AVAI Mobile and the Forth Worth Stock Show and Rodeo worked together to comprise an entertaining and interactive mobile application that is accessible through the iPhone and Android devices. This mobile solution serves as an ultimate interactive guide for Show and Exhibitor information.

Together, AVAI and FWSSR created an application that provided “real time” information to attendees including the capability to view all events taking place, giving application users the ability to plan out their whole day at the Show and Rodeo.

FWSSR application users will have access to every event detail in the palm of their hands including:

• Full list of live music and local entertainment taking place at the Frost Stage and the Rodeo Roadhouse

• Full list of activities that include date, time and location as well as the ability to add any activity to a customized schedule of the guests’ very own.

• Guest Service information that includes First Aid information and location of ATMs on the Fairgrounds.

• Find your friends and connect with the Facebook and Twitter features as well as an interactive “Friend Finder” feature that allows guests to locate their friends and family within the Fairgrounds.
