Working with AVAI has been, from the initial contact to end launch, a very smooth operation. Even when in the "thick" of development and implementation, I was impressed by the dedication that was demonstrated to build an app that worked well and met the needs of our company. Bret and Eric were way ahead of the curve in regards to issues and concerns that I not only had, but ones I had not even thought of yet.  They were upfront about budget and possible scope creep which allowed us to manage our own expectations and requirements effectively.
